Accomplished singer/frontman and member of The NY Blues Hall of Fame, Pete is a sought-after sideman - On 'first call' for Mitch Woods East Coast Rocket 88’s, and with Mitch, The Rhythm and Roots Festival, The Michael Arnone Crawfish Festival, and The Chenango Blues Festival. Pete has been lucky enough to share stages with his idols, Hubert Sumlin, and Pinetop Perkins. He has released original albums, “Stepping Stone” and "The Levee", produced by Duke Robillard, which charted among the Top 100 Blues Albums of 2012.

Hudson Valley musicians, Jae Sole and Leon met at an open mic, experiencing instant chemistry on stage. Since, they have performed at The Way Station in Brooklyn, Flash Burn Festival, The Hoot Owl and Element Square.

Leon is an accomplished jazz guitarist/instrumentalist, with a soon-to-be released album. Jae Sole released her EP “Vivid Dreams” (2019), and is currently working on singles for her next release.

The duo produces a soulful sound with a dose of jazz, and will be releasing a joint project of three original songs.

Steve is an award winning Americana artist with strong roots in the singer songwriter tradition, country and rock. His influences include The Beatles, Townes Van Zandt, Pete Seeger, and Steve Earle, among others. He's a regular on the Hudson Valley scene with a steadily growing fan base nationwide.

In 2011, Steve won the Hudson Valley SongFest Emerging Artist Competition, Wildflower! Music and Art Festival songwriting competition, Woody Guthrie Songwriting Contest (Third Place) and was a Kerrville New Folk finalist. In 2010, Steve was the grand prize winner of the Music 2Life songwriting competition for "The Wall Street Fat Cat Tax Payer Bail Out Blues".

Steve's first C.D. "It Is What It Is" reached number 12 on the folk D.J. Charts in 2007. He's currently working on his latest C.D. with producer Peter Calo set for a January national release. Steve plays Gibson and Gretsch guitars.

Christopher Tignor, the renown violinist, multi-instrumentalist composer will perform an intimate concert in GARNER Arts Center's Dye Works Gallery.

Christopher Tignor is a composer, violinist, lecturer, and software engineer. His emotionally charged scores and unique focus on live, performance-based electroacoustic practice has won acclaim within both the classical and experimental communities across 9 LPs on the Western Vinyl and New Albion record labels. He creates the live performance software he uses, shared freely. As a composer he has written and recorded work for The Knights, A Far Cry string orchestra, and Brooklyn Rider string quartet, performing alongside them at premiere venues including Carnegie's Zankel Hall. As a string arranger he has worked with Helios, Jefre Cantu-Ledesma, John Congleton, This Will Destroy You, Meshell Ndegeocello, and several other artists

Guitarist and composer David Temple is a graduate of the Music School at Eastern Michigan University and is Artistic Director for the Mid-Hudson Classical Guitar Society.

David’s original music has been used internationally in films, television, and other media, and he has presented concerts at many prominent venues, including the Festival of the Arts at Mohonk, the Philadelphia Classical Guitar Society and the Ulster Chamber Music Series.

David has recorded four albums, highlighting four centuries of music, including his original compositions and arrangements.

David teaches at Bard Conservatory Preparatory Division and at his home-studio in Red Hook, NY.

The Trio is led by Charley Schikowitz on, at any given time, the fiddle, mandolin, guitar and assorted interesting percussion instruments. Colin Brown provides the thump on the standup bass. "Wild" Bill Drucker plays the banjo and sings, among other things, but you have to come down to the hoedown at the Duo to see these things live. The Trio lends its idiosyncratic Bluegrass style to traditional songs, Country and Western Chestnuts, Americana, fiddle tunes, Classic Rock and songs from the Grateful Dead Songbag, The Trio also has original songs gaining local fame in tsunamic fashion such as "It's Hard to be a Married Man in Kingston" and "Kayak!" We're just a block from the Rough Draft Bookstore and our biggest fan is almost always there until about 5:30 and then gets to the Duo a little early to make sure she gets the best table.

Due to the Super Bowl, The Hootenanny Cafe, normally airing on Sunday nights at 9PM (est) will air Monday night 8PM (est). I asked artists from all over the country to submit their favorite ("super") songs and got an overwhelming response of incredible songs. This is a must listen! Included in this program is the music of several artists never heard on the Hootenanny Cafe before.
