This popular annual fundraiser for WJFF Radio Catskill is a music lover’s paradise featuring records, CDs, books, musical instruments, stereos, speakers, recording equipment and more at bargain prices. ![]() Formed in 2005, the core rhythm section met at the now defunct One Station Plaza performance space in Peekskill, in the late 90’s. Philippe, Graham and Rik are seasoned jazz musicians who have performed and toured in multiple venues since the 1970’s. The group expanded to include Jeremy and Dan, and now explores a broad range of music through the lens of be-bop and post be-bop traditions. Like Valera’s José Martí project, “The Planets” was the winner of a Chamber Music America New Jazz Works grant.
