The David Walton Band plays an eclectic mix of folk and classic rock music from your favorite artists of the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's...always unexpected but very gratifying. Put on your dancing shoes and make it a night to remember!
Trio Mio. Reminiscent of classic bands Buffalo Springfield and Delaney and Bonnie, and not unlike current popular bands Dawes and Fruition, their extensive original repertoire features infectious songwriting, multi-part harmonies, and energetic instrumentation.
Ian Worpole's Celtic-influenced music will round out a great night of acoustic music. Join us!
We are a 5 piece Jethro Tull tribute based out of Greene County. This will be our first gig at the Underground. Come out and support. No cover. First set at 7:30 sharp. 
Founding members, Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell (along with former band mate Dan Peek) met in high school in London in the late 1960s and quickly harmonized their way to the top of the charts on the strength of their signature song “A Horse With No Name.” America became a global household name and paved the way with an impressive string of hits following the success of their first #1 single. Forty plus years later, these friends are still making music together, touring the world and thrilling audiences with their timeless sound.

Born and raised in Rochester, NY, Brian is very active in the Jazz/Commercial music scene in New York, and can be heard on everything ranging from TV and film soundtracks to jazz, big band recordings and Broadway. Brian performs in clubs all over the world and has performed at many of the world's finest jazz festivals.

On Father's Day weekend, the Cunneen-Hackett Arts Center in Poughkeepsie will be the venue for a swinging "Sinatra Sounds, Big Band Style" show presented by The Big Band Sound 20-piece jazz orchestra, along with their vocalists and dancers, and it will benefit the Sparrow's Nest local charity. Performances are Friday, June 16th at 8 p.m., Saturday, June 17th at 8 p.m. and Father's Day Sunday, June 18th at 2 p.m. 
Back home at Cafe 32 for a terrific evening! Come early for dinner (lots of new specials coming from the kitchen, and you're gonna love them all), then stick around for an adult beverage or two and an evening full of the dance music you love. It's always great to see familiar faces, and we're looking forward to seeing you all on the 17th!
The Shivers is the moniker for the New York singer-songwriter Keith Zarriello. In 2004, Zarriello released the album Charades featuring the song Beauty, bringing the band to the attention of the music media. Over the last decade the band has amassed a growing cult following including the likes of Aaron Paul, Daniel Radcliffe, Rose McIver, Tessa Thompson and bands like Deer Tick and Foster the People. 
Our 2017 summer season opens with “beautiful song”—both literally and figuratively—in the first of five concerts this season celebrating the 20th anniversary of Bel Canto at Caramoor. Artist-in-Residence soprano Angela Meade is featured in an evening of Italian opera including popular overtures, classic arias, rousing choral numbers, and heartbreaking duets.

It will be another memorable night of power trio rock jams, soulful blues and roots reggae that everyone can dance to. The Royal Scam is a premier Steely Dan tribute band. Jazz, R&B, Latin, and Pop are among the major elements which make up Steely Dan's music. Playing more than 40 of Steely Dan's masterpieces, like "Reelin' in the Years", "Deacon Blues", "Peg" and on and on. For years, The Royal Scam has worked hard to keep the compositions of Donald Fagen and Walter Becker alive in the tri-state area.

Westchester-born Andrew Litton is the recently named Music Director of the New York City Ballet. He teams with pianist Conrad Tao, whose jaw-dropping technique and sensitive phrasing belie his youth and inspire ovations world-wide, in one of the most famous concertos ever written. When Dvorak came to America in 1892, he was transfixed by the music of Native Americans and African-American spirituals, incorporating these influences in his Ninth Symphony ("From the New World"), which is now among the most famous of all symphonies. Tickets for the concert are between $40-$97. The event will take place at the Concert Hall at the Purchase College Performing Arts Center. There will be a post-concert Father’s Day BBQ! This will include live music and a chance to mingle with the artists. BBQ tickets are $25.00 for adults and $12 for kids. This event is brought to you by the Westchester Philharmonic.
This innovative and touching program presents the music of Schubert’s Octet in dialogue with one of New York’s most distinctive literary voices, Adam Gopnik, who happens to be a great fan of Schubert. In between movements of the exhilarating Octet, Gopnik will read an original narrative about the intersection of music and life. The Octet is a signature piece for St. Luke’s and this premiere presentation of Gopnik’s original material will open new doors of musical meaning for all of us. The audience is invited to join the author for a discussion and dialogue following the concert.
12 Grapes' once-monthly Kids Open Mic is a showcase for talented musicians and singers ages 6 - 17. It's one of the longest running Open Mics for young people in Westchester.
The Syracuse/Siegel Duo invites Erica LIndsay, Francesca Tanksley & Dylan Canterbury to recreate the music from the new CD by Jeff entitled "King of Xhosa" on ARC Records. Virtuoso trumpeter Dylan Canterbury substitutes for guest Feya Faku.

Heart of the Matter is a new songwriter's series hosted by Joe Adami and featuring three highly accomplished songwriters..
Winner of the 2008 Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition, Israeli pianist Roman Rabinovich brings a “warm and generous tone and supple touch” (The Cleveland Plain Dealer) to his Caramoor debut. In performing Chopin’s quartet of ballades, Rabinovich tackles not only a form that Chopin invented but some of the most challenging pieces in the piano repertoire. Along with a composition of his own, Rabinovich rounds out the program with a duo of Haydn sonatas championing a composer he particularly adores – “His wit, emotional depth and musical invention have been a source of inspiration for me.”

Harry is a multi-instrumentalist, music educator and soulful R&B vocalist. Harry has also spent time as a studio musician and producer. His credits include projects with Wyclef Jean, Lauryn Hill, Kay Gee from Naughty by Nature, Common, and Slick Rick. Harry scored the music for the film "White Boys" directed by Danny Hoch.

The program is designed to provide instruments for school age students who would not be able to buy their own. If anyone has a gently used instrument they no longer use, donate it at the event so someone else can benefit from playing music. Monetary donations are also welcome.
The event will include prizes and live music by New Paltz Rock.

Legendary rock and pop band Toto is coming to the Paramount. Best known for hits like “Hold the Line” and “Africa”, the Grammy Award-winning band has sold over 40 million albums, and continues to draw crowds to standing room only events across the globe! With over 39 years together and thousands of credits and accolades to their names, Toto remains one of the top-selling touring and recording acts in the world. The band’s repertoire continues to be popularly used on both television and film. Toto is pop culture, and one of the 70s bands that have endured changing trends and styles and now enjoy a multi-generational fan base. Their 1982 album Toto IV earned the Grammy’s for Album of the Year and Producer of the Year. The hit single “Rosanna” likewise won Record of the Year. In 2015, Toto released their first new studio album in ten years- Toto XIV. It debuted Top 10 in nine countries around the world and became their most successful album since 1988 in the U.S. and U.K.
Maverick Concerts and the Woodstock Artists Association and Museum (WAAM) are pleased to present ETHEL, the post-modern, indie-classical quartet, in a conversation with artworks by Kate McGloughlin. The event features ETHEL'S spontaneous musical response to McGloughlin's solo exhibit “Requiem for Ashokan-The Story Told in Landscape.” 
The DMajor Project features a brilliant collaboration of musicians who approach the repertoire they perform from a wide eclectic mix of influences. Although often referred to as "an improvisational jazz group", that only describes one aspect of what their music really is. More accurately, The DMajor Project performs everything from folk to jazz to classic soul, Latin, neo-funk, world beat, roots and pop music, but always in their own unorthodox way! They take popular songs from every era, in all genres and styles, and mostly re-write, re- arrange, re-harmonize and rhythmically transform them into their own fun, quirky, original and truly unique renditions. 
Kaia’s soulful voice, deft arrangements, and powerful songwriting abilities have landed her in the spotlight in North America and the UK, garnering critical acclaim from outlets such as Rolling Stone, CBC Music and The Roots Music Report. She has been praised for her capacity to sound new and old at once, and her music is anchored in the space where tradition and innovation intersect. Last month Kaia performed on stage at the Kennedy Center alongside Grammy winners Judy Collins and Rosanne Cash, among others, in a tribute to Pete Seeger. She is currently touring and performing with Tony Trishka and Tim O'Brian. $12 admission. Little Sparrow will open, with special guest Van Manakas on guitar. Live at the Steamer! Brooklyn based 5-piece, The Vibe Theory, was born out of a love for soul music. This central tenet creates the foundation upon which their sound is built. Channeling heavyweights like The Meters, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, John Scofield, D'Angelo and The Derek Trucks Band, The Vibe Theory draws both musically and stylistically from these masters while creating something uniquely their own - a danceable melange of funk-driven grooves, afro-cuban rhythms, R&B melodies, and jazz stylings.
