Annette A. Aguilar (multi-percussionist, Band leader recording artist, producer and educator.) was born in San Francisco into a family from Nicaragua. At the age of 16 she was sitting in and performing with renowned Latin artists from Santana, Cal Tjader and Pete and Sheila Escovedo (Sheila E). Annette has toured internationally and has performed and shared the stage with Stevie Wonder, The Grateful Dead, Darlene Love, Jefferson airplane, The Four Tops, Tito Puente, Dave Valentine, Ray Brown, and Mose Allison, among others. She also has toured with Grammy award winning Broadway shows, has recorded for T.V. and film, and has been the principal timpanist for the Bronx Symphony since 1997. | John Guth is a guitarist and singer-songwriter who has played with such artists as Tom Paxton, Susanne Vega, Judy Collins, Tom Chapin, Paul Winter and Jordan Rudess. He was the guitarist on the Grammy-nominated CD Some Assembly Required by Tom Chapin and his music compositions open and close Grammy-winning audio book for Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Born into and raised by a sharecropping family in rural Georgia, vocalist and multi- instrumentalist Bill Sims Jr. is an internationally respected master of the blues. He began playing piano at age four and by fourteen he was playing professionally in a rhythm and blues group. A Warner Bros. recording artist, Mr. Sims is also an accomplished musical director and has lent his talents to many theater and film productions in New York and the United States. His film credits include Lackawanna Blues, Miss Ruby's House, American Gangster, and the recent Cadillac Records. He was also the subject of a critically acclaimed PBS documentary, An American Love Story, in 1999. Mr Sims currently lives in NYC where he mentors a new generation of blues and roots musicians.
