Learn the skills you need for that, and also to protect your voice from fatigue!

Long-time member of NYSTA (NY Singing Teachers' Assn.), and one of the Hudson Valley's most respected teachers of singing from 1993 on. Since 2014, offering services from Maine, through our Sunrise County Arts Institute.

Artist-in-Residence at SUNY Ulster, 2000, and Hudson Valley Youth Chorale, 2005.

Former college positions in the HV: Guest Instructor, Vassar College Drama Dept.; Adult Division Instructor, Dutchess Community College. Also a voice faculty-adjunct at Bard and Hunter (CUNY) Colleges.

In Maine: Faculty, Ellsworth Community Music Institute: voice teaching and director of ECMI Youth Chorale.

Arts and Healing: presented at the Omega Institute, and for NAMI and other national arts-in-mental-health organizations. Activity Therapist at on in-patient mental health units at Benedictine Hospital (now Health Alliance) in Kingston NY.

Education: BA in Music, Bard College; Master’s Certificate in Songwriting, Berklee. Private study and coaching in NYC.
