Bass Player - Country Band
We are looking for an in-the-pocket bass player to join our active six-piece country cover band. We currently gig 1-2 times per month, looking to move that up to a steady 2+ gigs per month. You would need to be able to rehearse on a regular mid-week basis at Highline Music Studios in Thornwood, NY (hi Jimmy!). Honestly, we all say this is the most fun project any of us has been a part of and it is very sad for all of us that our current bass player has announced his need to transition out by year-end due to issues not related to the band. The quality of play and vocals are very strong, and we want to keep it all rolling. Prior experience in a country band is not necessary if you like the genre and have an ability to learn quickly.
