This unforgettable live event brings the global phenomenon to life as a live orchestra performs Bear McCreary’s acclaimed score, curated by showrunner Matthew B. Roberts, alongside breathtaking scenes and highlights from all eight seasons of the series.
Through time, love, and music, audiences will relive Claire and Jamie’s sweeping journey from Craigh na Dun to the New World. With Scotland’s Celtic sound taking center stage, the concert celebrates the romance, legacy, landscapes, and rich heritage that have made “Outlander” a beloved story across the world.
Created in collaboration with Matthew B. Roberts and original Emmy and BAFTA Award-winning composer Bear McCreary, Outlander in Concert: Echoes Through The Highlands is a symphonic love letter to the story that captured millions of hearts.

 Bill Ware is a quiet giant of the vibraphone, praised for his masterful technique, deep groove, and decades of work at the center of New York's jazz scene - a bandleader, composer, and founding member of the Jazz Passengers whose work spans the acid jazz explosion with Groove Collective to touring with Steely Dan.
Joining him is Arturo O'Farrill, a 6-time GRAMMY-winning pianist, composer, and founder of the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra, praised by DownBeat as "one of our greatest living pianists" - his 2025 albums both earned GRAMMY nominations, with the Wall Street Journal calling his work "a masterwork."
The rhythm section features bassist Carlos Mena, a Latin GRAMMY contributor whose credits range from the Buena Vista Social Club and the Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra to Broadway's Moulin Rouge! and MJ the Musical, and drummer Bob Meyer, a seasoned New York veteran who has shared the stage with Joe Lovano, Sheila Jordan, James Moody, and Jaki Byard, among others.

The Poughkeepsie Jazz Project was created in 2012 with the goal of maintaining live jazz culture and community in Poughkeepsie, NY. Since its inception, The PKJP has presented a weekly jazz jam session accessible to all musicians and fans of live music. Over the past twelve years, the jam has been honored to host hundreds of musicians from the Tri-state area. This event is free to both participants and listeners.
