The album in.cantations dives beneath the surface of the body, into subconscious dreams, inner landscapes, and hidden stories. On June 20th, the eve of the summer solstice, flutist Jane Rigler brings this music to the Hudson Valley, presenting tracks from the album as interludes woven between live premieres of her new compositions.
in.cantations was made in the summer of 2024 in Colorado Springs — spontaneous, improvised pieces created with guitarist Janet Feder. By the time the album was released in November 2025, Jane had moved more than a thousand miles away.
