James “Murr” Murray—writer, executive producer, and fan-favorite star of Impractical Jokers and The Misery Index—brings his hit Errors Tour to the stage on March 6. For more than a decade, Murr and his lifelong friends Sal, Joe, and Q have been making audiences laugh across the country, and now Murr is bringing that signature comedy to you live. Murr Live is a hysterical, interactive stand-up comedy show like you’ve never seen, featuring outrageous stories, never-before-seen Impractical Jokers videos, and the chance to play Impractical Jokers LIVE with Murr and the audience for a night of nonstop laughs. *As a reminder, no outside food or drink permitted in the venue. Erena Terakubo was born in Sapporo, Japan. She began playing the alto saxophone at the age of nine and had jazz clinics with musicians including Herbie Hancock when she was attending Sapporo Junior Jazz Orchedtra. Her first album, "North Bird" with Kenny Barron , Christian McBride , Lee Pearson , and Peter Bernstein reached no.1 on the Japanese jazz charts and was awarded Swing Journal's Gold Disc. In 2011 and 2013, Terakubo recorded her second and third CD, "New York Attitude" and "Burkina" with Kenny Barron, Ron Carter, Lee Pearson, Dominick Farinacci, Jimmy Cobb, and Lenny White. In 2015, she moved to New York and released her fourth disc, "A Time For Love" with David Hazeltine, David Williams, Lewis Nash. The album was released worldwide.
Erena has performed in the Tokyo Jazz Festival and plays clubs such as Smalls, Zinc Bar, The Kitano, and The 55 bar etc. The LGC Women's Music Festival is produced by Kim Clarke. Adm $20. Call for reservations at 914-737-1701. | ||
