Los Chinese is an Americana band based in the Hudson Valley. Members include Chihoe Hahn, Patrick Stanfield Jones, Craig Sheppard and Andy Stack. Their music blends folk, rock and country with wonderful musicianship and singing. Tony has been a performer and educator for two programs for Jazz at Lincoln Center and has performed in two bands as part of the Jazz for Young People Program (Jazz at Lincoln Center). Michael Angelo Falco is a photographer, author, and songwriter residing in New York's Hudson Valley. Falco believe’s that art, in all its forms, are agents of healing and renewal.
Steve Kirkman is a Hudson Valley Singer-Songwriter and host of the long running Open Mic at the Towne Crier Café in Beacon NY. He has worked with many local musicians as a sideman, and producer for recording projects. Steve is a co-founder of the local folk/rock groups, Hope Machine, Guthries Ghost and Alectro. The Poughkeepsie Jazz Project was created in 2012 with the goal of maintaining live jazz culture and community in Poughkeepsie, NY. Since its inception, The PKJP has presented a weekly jazz jam session accessible to all musicians and fans of live music. Over the past twelve years, the jam has been honored to host hundreds of musicians from the Tri-state area. This event is free to both participants and listeners. All with a passion for jazz are welcome.
