Ana Fernandez is a Brazilian singer and songwriter born in Aracaju Norte East do Brasil. Her parents moved to Sao Paulo when she was still very young and Ana grew up under the influence of Samba and several other rhythms like MPB (Brazilian popular music), Bossa Nova, Xote, Baioa, Xaxado, Pop music, Carimbo, as wells as American soul, blues and jazz.
Ana moved to NY 10 years ago and has sung in legendary places like Zinc Bar, SOBs', Cafe Wha, Bronx Zoo, Queens Botanical Garden, the Jazz Forum and others. $20 suggested donation. Jazz vocalist Jaana Narsipur has just released a new album, "Better Than Anything," which is a tribute to the bebop and hard bop masters Bob Dorough and Horace Silver. "Better Than Anything" features original arrangements (all by Jaana Narsipur) of Dorough and Silver’s classic swing and groove tunes, as well as beautiful lesser-known gems from these jazz masters.

Emily Mazzella is a 21-year-old, up and coming jazz singer on the scene.

Robert Bidney is a Southwest Florida-based singer-songwriter whose songs are both relatable and have a strong commercial sensibility, and whose messages are as strong as his melodies. Accompanying himself on both guitar and keyboards, he is a seasoned performer who connects with his audiences through his infectious energy and emotional performances. He has released three albums to date: Thank Goodness (2023), Rush of Hope (2019), and It’s All About The Love (2015) – all of which are available on the major digital download and streaming sites. He’s also written and produced national radio and TV jingles, and other artists have covered his songs. Not one to be pigeonholed into a particular musical style, Bidney writes and performs songs in a folk, Americana and folk-rock vein and has incorporated country, pop and musical theater stylings in his work as well. | ||
