 Erena Terakubo was born in Sapporo, Japan. She began playing the alto saxophone at the age of nine and had jazz clinics with musicians including Herbie Hancock when she was attending Sapporo Junior Jazz Orchedtra. Her first album, "North Bird" with Kenny Barron , Christian McBride , Lee Pearson , and Peter Bernstein reached no.1 on the Japanese jazz charts and was awarded Swing Journal's Gold Disc. In 2011 and 2013, Terakubo recorded her second and third CD, "New York Attitude" and "Burkina" with Kenny Barron, Ron Carter, Lee Pearson, Dominick Farinacci, Jimmy Cobb, and Lenny White. In 2015, she moved to New York and released her fourth disc, "A Time For Love" with David Hazeltine, David Williams, Lewis Nash. The album was released worldwide.
Erena has performed in the Tokyo Jazz Festival and plays clubs such as Smalls, Zinc Bar, The Kitano, and The 55 bar etc.
The LGC Women's Music Festival is produced by Kim Clarke.

Lisa’s flute, recorder and penny whistle can be heard on recordings by Leon Parker, The Roches and Matt Turk among others. Her classical training and love of many types of music infuse her band’s performances with melody, groove and stylistic variety.
Featuring Colombian singer Denisse Vera, the set list will include originals, jazz standards and songs by Stevie Wonder and Bobby Hebb.

Joe Jencks is a 20-year veteran of the international folk circuit, an award-winning songwriter, and celebrated vocalist based in Chicago. Merging conservatory training with his Irish roots and working-class upbringing, Joe delivers engaged musical narratives filled with heart, soul, groove and grit. Having penned several #1 Folksongs including the ever-relevant Lady of The Harbor, Jencks is also co-founder of the harmony trio, Brother Sun. From Festivals like Falcon Ridge, Kerrville, and Old Songs, to venues like Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall, Jencks has enthralled diverse audiences with his songs.

The Band's legendary farewell concert The Last Waltz - and film documentary by Martin Scorsese, hailed as one of the greatest documentary concert films ever made - took place on Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 1976, at the Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco.
The concert saw The Band joined by more than a dozen special guests, including Ronnie Hawkins, Bob Dylan as well as Paul Butterfield, Bobby Charles, Eric Clapton, Neil Diamond, Dr. John, Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Ringo Starr, Muddy Waters, Ronnie Wood, and Neil Young.

GIRSA (“young girls” in Irish) is a group of female musicians from Pearl River, NY known for playing throughout the United States in varying configurations. GIRSA is a fusion of the traditional music of Ireland and modern folk music showcasing several instruments including fiddle, accordion, guitar, tin whistle, piano, bodhran, banjo, and mandolin. This powerhouse duo is sure to blow off that wintry dust and set you off on your Springtime adventures.
