Ms. Laster, a Sphinx Symphony Orchestra member, has played internationally with musicians like Anthony Braxton, Aretha Franklin and Alicia Keyes. Her New MUSE 4tet, for ages 8-22, features music by composers of color in an interactive presentation utilizing spoken word and weaving improvisation into its theme of No Racism, No Hate, No Fear.
These interactive concerts, long a Maverick tradition, are designed for enjoyment by children in grades K-6. Admission is free for all young people under 16. Adults pay $5 each at the door.

The bands latest single is a cover of Sophia George's 1985 Dancehall hit - "Girlie Girlie" - it was recorded as part of a UK compilation album containing 40 covers of classic Trojan Records hits from artists across the world.  Michael Gorlin’s Jazz Trio is based in Westchester County, playing mostly jazz, as well as funk and blues. Michael is a student at McGill University, studying Jazz Performance. The trio shines in the “straight-ahead” style of jazz, which focuses on the connection of bass and drums, stylistic of 1930s and 40s jazz artists.  Inspired by the rhythms of Latin music, Pablito y su Latin Band rocks Salsa, Son, Rumba, Bomba, Plena, as well as Merengue, and will have you up and dancing all night long.
The band includes veteran musicians including Band Leader Pablo from Uruguay (Singer and Percusionist) who has graced our stage performing with Tony Pastrana, as well as Juan from Chile (Congas and bongos), Sandra from Puerto Rico (Singer and Small percussion), and from Columbia, David (Pianist and Musical Arrangement), Mauricio (Timbales and Electronic Drums), and William (Guitar Bass).
The bands newest recordings include “Punto y Aparte” and “Quiero”.
Great food, fine wine, the best in live music.

The Woodstock Celtic Session is a weekly gathering of Traditional musicians who come together to enjoy and play Irish music and more in a pub setting. All are welcome to play or listen in an acoustic unplugged pub setting. We’ve been playing together every Monday night for since 2002! 
Enjoy a free fun evening of music in a park setting. Everyone welcome! Bring your dancing boots. There is a pavilion so it is a rain or shine event. If there is very bad weather then it will be held at The Senior Center.

Looking for something fun to do over the 4th of July weekend? I'll be playing Thursday, Friday, AND Saturday at Captain's Inn, Point Lookout, one of the most beautiful spots in the Catskills. On a clear day, you can see 5 states! Happy hour each day, 3-6pm, out on the deck (or inside if the weather doesn't cooperate.) Stay for a snack or dinner - the food is amazing. 
This band is rocking and has everybody dancing the whole night. Lead singer Robin Baker is joined by Leon Seals on bass, Eric Stamberg on keyboards, Lou Aubain on guitar, and Randy Echeverri on drums.
