He has toured as a cast member of the "Ray Charles Show"; performed at international jazz festivals including the Zanzibar International Film Festival; North Sea Jazz Festival-Cape Town, South Africa; Audi Jazz Festival-Brussels, Belgium; and the Foix Jazz Festival, France among others; and was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame, 2013.

Misha Piatigorsky ~ Bandleader, vivid pianist, and an award-winning composer uses his residency at Zinc Bar to continuously evolve musical style, with his signature Trio project as well as larger bands, most significantly his large ensemble The Sketchy Orkestra.

Drummer, composer, and bandleader Rudy Royston takes no prisoners. He is as elegant as a prima ballerina and as fierce as a gladiator warrior. His unmistakable precision and musicality make him the Tsar of the drums.

Bassist and producer Danton Boller has a stronghold on a wide spectrum of musical genres. From hard bop with Roy Hargrove to Bridget Everett to Keller Williams, Danton stands out as the iconic groove master on any stage.

Stookey is known by his stage name, Paul, in the folk trio Peter, Paul and Mary; however, he has been known by his first name, Noel, throughout his life. Menza Madison was formed in Upstate NY following the death of one of their musical hero’s, Gregg Allman, in the Spring of 2017. Tracy Madison and Mike Menza front the band featuring powerful, soulful vocals and soul moving guitar work. Mike and his father, Joe Menza, perform strictly with vintage gear, recreating that beloved “old school” tone.

Most recently MMB opened for Bruce Katz Band at The Ritz in Newburgh and Scott Sharrard in Syracuse. They gig regularly throughout the Hudson Valley, Capital District and Central NY bringin’ the music to the people.

Blues is about life. Not only the hardship and struggle of the human condition but about love, joy and living. It’s about Soul. It will make you weep, make you smile, kick you in the ass and wind you up just the same. As for us... we hope to make you feel something with it… come along for the ride!

The Falcon Celebrates Native American Culture every month, with host Evan Pritchard, who will introduce special guests, native music, history and spoken word.

Luis “Sanakori” Ramos is a Caribbean-Indigenous cultural activist in community-building and the performance arts. He has been performing Caribbean-Indigenous music and dance at educational institutions, cultural events, and spiritual gatherings since 1996.

Luis will perform songs on a hand-carved Mayohuakan (log drum), on traditional flute, and guitar, singing songs from the contemporary Native American scene, including a tribute to Mohican songwriter Bill Miller. A ceremonialist, story-teller and traditional dancer, he will be joined by his daughter, musician Ananí and Tribal Harmony host Evan “Chipmunk” Pritchard.

Called "one of the great voices of today," Alexis Cole has been compared to classic jazz singers such as Sarah Vaughan and Anita O'Day. Her luxurious voice and innovative interpretations make her an instant favorite with audiences of all ages.

Cole is the recipient of a Swing Journal Gold Disk award, and was a winner of the NY Jazzmobile and Montreux Jazz Festival vocal competitions. She records for Motéma Music, NY, Chesky Records, NY and Venus Records Japan. Her recordings have received high praise in the jazz press and are spun on radio world-wide. In addition to her many performances at top jazz venues like Dizzy's Club at Jazz at Lincoln Center, Birdland, The Jazz Standard, Blues Alley, and Billboard Live, she's also performed at Avery Fisher Hall and the Kennedy Center and had been a featured soloist with the Boston Pops and NY Philharmonic. Alexis also serves the country as an active duty Staff Sgt. and vocalist for the West Point Band's Jazz Knights.

The veteran musicians of this conjunto, to their credit, have performed and recorded with world renowned artists such as Celia Cruz, Pete "El Conde" Rodriquez, Eddie Palmieri, Monguito "el unico", los Kimbos, and the New Swing Sextet, to name a few. This conjunto creates a traditional/modern energetic sound by placing the interlocking rhythmic figures of percussion and Cuban Tres under a smoothly swinging melody to create a new sound!
