Gary and Roger TerBush have been playing music together for most of their lives. They started out as teenagers in various rock and acoustic acts.

It wasn’t until the late 70’s that their musical interests really joined together to form what was, and has continued to be, a union of great singing and playing.

Their music is a combination of traditional country, bluegrass and gospel music fused with contemporary acoustic sounds delivered with great vocals and instrumental solos.

"Crisply produced folk-rock with shades of - you name it - Wilco, Calexico, the Beatles and Elliott Smith, Stagger’s main starting point is a position of tension, be it with the road, his own expectations, losing the punk ethos or being an adult, period." - Edmonton Journal

Leeroy Stagger’s ever-evolving fusion of roots, rock and pop has confirmed his status as one of Canada’s best contemporary singer/songwriters. Since first making his mark on the Canadian independent music scene, Leeroy Stagger has toured the world, both on his own and with the likes of Steve Earle, Pixies, Modest Mouse and Evan Dando.

Stagger’s performances and songwriting have won him The Peak 95.3 FM “Peak Performance Project” contest (2015) and the Calgary Folk Festival “Pros and Prose” contest (2014). The addition of Love Versus (2017), opens a new chapter, promising to reach many more ears.

In January of 2016, brothers Zachary and Dylan Zmed (acoustic guitars/vocals) and their partner (drummer in the group) Burleigh Drummond began developing The Everly Brothers Experience show. Since then they have celebrated the pivotal sounds of The Everly Brothers music with enthusiastic crowds all across the US and over seas in iconic clubs, theaters, performing arts centers, casinos, ballrooms, and coliseums. The Zmeds say, “We are not impersonators, Our aim is to honor the aesthetics of their iconic sound and honor their unique place in music history all while having a little fun telling our own personal story,” and they do just that.

The 5 piece band consists of drums (Burleigh Drummond), electric guitar (rotating members), bass (rotating members), and the two singing brothers (Zachary and Dylan Zmed) up front with the signature Everly acoustic guitars.

"Both traditional and trailblazing...Highly recommended." - Blues Review Magazine

Jeremy's trio is rooted in the blues and funky soul-jazz sounds of the late 1960s (Booker T. and the MG's, The Meters, Jimmy Smith) and is informed by the current masters of the groove from the jam-band scene (Medeski, Martin, and Wood, Soul-Live, Derek Trucks Band.)

With his second album, The Eel, full of funky new compositions as well as original arrangements of songs by Beck, Prince, James Brown and more! Producer, Dave Gross says that"Jeremy Baum knocks it out of the park with 10 Hammond organ and piano driven arrangements." - Dave Gross

Steven Alper calls his playing "Brilliant...subtle... effervescent". "This guy knows the Hammond from the inside out, digging out the sounds of the physical tone wheels from the new electronic box." - Steven M. Alper

$10 admission. For reservations, call 914-737-1701.

Come early. Great food, fine wine, good music.

Mr. Amen Yearns, the moniker of Sean Merryman, is an experimental music project started by the Hudson Valley based musician in 2013. Sean was born and raised in Marlboro, NY, and is a long time friend of The Falcon.

Attempting to blur the lines of what can be considered folk music Mr. Amen Yearns sings folky melodies overtop an array of synthesizers, drum machines, and samplers. His first and only album is a self titled two part record that plays as half electronic half folk rock, it can be found on Spotify, Apple music, and itunes.
