Averaging 250 shows per year, 10 countries, at least 10,000 hours playing music, countless satisfied fans, and about 1 million beers kicked, the past decade has been nothing short of an odyssey for Andy Frasco & The U.N.
In 2016, this wild musical journey culminated with a three-hour headlining set in front of 15,000 people at Jazz & Blues Festival in Bamberg, Germany. The evening marked a handful of firsts. It would be the first time the band performed its entire catalog during one show, and it would be recorded for their first-ever live CD/DVD—2017’s Songs from the Road: Live in Bamberg. In many ways, Andy had been working towards this evening since he quit his record label job at 19, bought a van with his remaining Bar Mitzvah money, hit the road, and never looked back…

Tompkins Corners Cultural Center is delighted to welcome back the David Amram Quintet, with Kevin Twigg (drums), Rene Hart (bass), Adam Amram and Elliot Peper (percussionists), on Sunday, August 5th for the Third (mostly) Annual David Amram Concert. David Amram is a composer, conductor and multi-instrumentalist who has composed more than one hundred orchestral and chamber music works and written many scores for Broadway theater and film, including the classic scores for the films, Splendor in the Grass and The Manchurian Candidate. ![]() Grammy nominated Jay Azzolina has been part of the New York Jazz scene for three decades. Jay has been an accompanist for Michael Franks, Donna Summer, Rickie Lee Jones, Manhattan Transfer and Sheila Jordan. As a leader, Jay has recorded four CDs of original compositions. Richie Morales has performed and recorded with numerous contemporary artists including the late Grover Washington Jr., Stevie Wonder, and others. Richie's performance on Gato Barbieri's release "Shadow of the Cat" helped garner 2003 Billboard Magazine's "Best Latin Jazz Album of The Year" and a Latin Grammy nomination.
