 The Town of Hyde Park's annual Music In The Parks concert series will include (for the 17th time!) a concert by The Big Band Sound 20-piece jazz orchestra this evening at 7 p.m. on the grounds of Vanderbilt Mansion. The spacious grounds of this grand mansion are the perfect setting for picnicing and listening to the beautiful jazz standards of The Big Band Sound. Admission is free, so pack your lawn chairs and join us for this special evening. If it rains, this concert will be held in the auditorium of FDR High School at 156 South Cross Rd. in Staatsburg. Bronx native, Tony Cacace, is well known in doo wop circles for his fabulous lead vocals in The Cordials, Treblecords, and Regents.
Ron and Tony are rightfully credited with the group’s longevity and ongoing success.
NYC Mounted Police Officer, Walter Resty, sang with ensembles, Wishful Thinking and Sentimental Journey.
Bob Schulz sang with The Mello-Kings and The Montereys.
Newcomer, Tony Carlini, bass, has been singing in close harmony groups for over 42 years, and is grateful to his mates for allowing him to step into the legacy known as “Times Square”. |

Sing solo or with a band. Bring your guitar, bass, sax, flute or whatever instrument you play. We provide a drum kit, keyboard, amps and microphones. iPod and other MP3 backing music can be accommodated, however internet connection not available, so please have your song pre-set.

After taking New York City by storm, critically acclaimed vocalist Svetlana is conquering the world with her captivating music performed by her New York Swing Collective, a group of young exciting New York jazz stars. The group is touring far and wide, presenting uplifting energetic performances, transporting the audiences to the carnival of sound, seamlessly moving from sophisticated and sultry retrospection to a rowdy joyous dance party.
Svetlana's New York Swing Collective has headlined sold out shows in premier venues and festivals across the US and internationally. Svetlana's 2016 album Night at the Speakeasy (produced by Grammy Award winning Guy Eckstine) includes several songs by the collective and has been released to critical acclaim on Origin Records.

Cornwall-on-Hudson Bandstand Summer Concert Series in the beautiful Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson! Grab your blanket, cooler, friends, and family and come on down! Relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset and a wonderful night of music among friends! (In case of a rain postponement...the concert will be re-scheduled to the very next day...Wed @ 6:30 pm).
The Devon Allman Project is a six piece band featuring two percussionists, John Lum & R. Scott Bryan (Sheryl Crow), bassist Justin Corgan, guitarist Jackson Stokes and a Hammond B3 player, Nicholas David. The club/theater shows feature a 30 minute opening set with Duane Betts using his go to guitar player, John Satchela Jr., and Devon’s rhythm section. After a 15 minute break the Devon Allman Project plays a one hour set which will includes songs from Honeytribe, Royal Southern Brotherhood, The Devon Allman Band and a few covers. The night culminates with a 30 minute plus encore featuring all eight musicians playing Allman Brothers tunes and other classics. Festival dates are a straight 90 minute set.
I will be the featured artist at this monthly gathering of blues lovers and players at the historic (and newly refurbished) Caffe Lena. Open Mic followed by jam. All ages and playing levels are welcome. $5 admission.
