Dylan Doyle, Althea GraceThe FALCON
1348 Route 9W
Marlboro, NY   See Map
When asked about the wave of young talent rising from the Hudson Valley, Van Morrison guitarist John Platania commented “Dylan Doyle is the future.” Bill Payne of Little Feat described Dylan’s work as “imaginative and original.”

"Guitar star Dylan Doyle delights audiences, but frustrates anyone trying to define his sound....It isn’t the 19-year-old’s job to define it. It’s his job to play it. And that’s what the Dylan Doyle Band will do..." - Wisconsin News / Baraboo News Republic

Been Around the World https://youtu.be/zwc8rOeSuIM

Chicago singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, Althea Grace's performances can be described as New Age blues with heavy doses of jazz, funk, and soul, featuring her powerful, soulful voice and guitar skills. As the daughter of a music lover, in a city filled with talent, music became her sole passion.

• His live performances and his joy for life are undiminished. He will still jump from the stage and strut through the audience. When one story ends there’s always another about to begin... — No Depression

• Backed by a crack band, Jeffreys bring his great songs, powerful voice and buoyant personality — The New Yorker

• A seriously satisfying high-octane show — Huffington Post

Garland Jeffreys has been making provocative, personally charged urban rock and roll since the late 1960s. 14 Steps To Harlem, the third album in six years by this “beloved rock-soul-reggae singer-songwriter” (New York Times) offers “more proof that he deserves musical comparisons that fall somewhere between Van Morrison, Bruce Springsteen and Graham Parker” (Pop Matters) and “shows the now 73-year old songwriter still reveling in the kind of wide-ranging songwriting that has today become a lost art” (Stereophile).
