“Love’s hook is her voice, an impossibly mellifluous warble that fairly melts ones insides” SL Weekly

Gigi Love’s National Parks Tour 2016 is all about her passion for our National Parks and capturing the story of our parks through song. This summer Love will be on the road visiting over a dozen parks in the U.S. and writing a song for each park. Performing, communing with nature, learning about the parks’ history and meeting the community within the parks will create the soundscape for the songs; exquisitely crafted and recorded to express the uniqueness of each park. Says Love, “The songs are dedicated to future generations, for the parks, for the kids that don’t live near wilderness but need it so desperately, and for the earth. Let’s get to know Mother Earth again and again by visiting the parks, singing her songs, and protecting the environment where these special places exist.”

We've been having a great time playing our bluesy jazzy originals and have been joined by dozens of fine players to jam on tunes of many genres.

We will be playing a short opening set at 8 PM then sharing the stage with other musicians and friends.

JOIN US FOR GOOD FOOD, DRINKS AND GROOVING TUNES. (check out the music night menu and home made deserts)

(Musicians note) There will be a sign up sheet for any players who want to take the stage. The PA, guitar and bass amp and drums will be provided. We will try to match players for the best musical expression. Each player is guaranteed 3 songs as time permits.

The singer generally calls the tune which can be in any genre as long as the other players know it. The blues is always a good fall back as everyone should know the 12 bars.

Our guiding principals are: RESPECT THE OTHER PLAYERS NOT TOO LOUD HAVE A GOOD TIME!

12 Grapes Music & Wine Bar
12 North Division Street
Peekskill, NY   See Map
Drew Bordeaux has opened for Daughtry and Boz Scaggs and will be a performer at the upcoming Pleasantville Music Fest. Catch this up-close-and-personal performance! Drew is back!!

Drew's solo sets are rooted in percussive acoustic guitar and earthy/soulful vocals, laced with live loops and violin solos. Drew meshes together core influences including classics like Fleetwood Mac and BB King to Talking Heads and Stone Temple Pilots -- with contemporaries like Mumford and Sons and Hozier to Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift. The resulting sound is often considered a mix of Ben Harper and Jimi Hendrix, his vocals reminiscent of Eddie Vedder and Darius Rucker.

Drew's performed at an impressive list of venues, including Bostons the Middle East and Sanders Theater, and NYCs the Bitter End, Ace of Clubs, and CBGB, and is a 12 Grapes favorite.
