Towers' films: “(Black) Light” featuring former principal Martha Graham dancer Katherine Crockett, and “Banished” featuring Caroline Copeland, soloist of New York Baroque Dance Theatre. Excerpts of “A Dancer’s View of Calder’s Universe” with choreography by Linda Diamond will be shown. Allan McCormick, a former Cirque de Soleil dancer, and Linda Diamond will perform the duet of “Amor,” the last work by the late Anna Sokolow and a premiere “Ruminations on Dance.”

 Woodstock-based singer-songwriter Adrien Reju has coined her own brand of indie-folk-retro-rock with her strong, clear Patsy Cline-esque voice and old-soul quality songs with contemporary hooks. Fellow peer and singer-songwriter Rachael Yamagata says "she is like a bird from another planet who can see directly into your heart".
To date, Adrien has released a 5-song EP, Lucky Ones (2012), and a full length LP, A Million Hearts (2009) to critical acclaim with regular rotation on WXPN's World Cafe with David Dye. She has toured the US and Canada appearing as an opener and band member/backup singer with artists including Rachael Yamagata, A.C. Newman (The New Pornographers), Neko Case, Amos Lee, Gillian Welch, Linda Rondstadt and David Bromberg. In this lecture, with musical examples, he gives us a brief outline of the Ring's genesis and storyline, and reflects on the challenges of putting it on in Fulham in 2014.

 Jessi Mason is a singer/songwriter who, at just 17, has a soul of a seasoned artist. Jessi has been accepted to USC's Thornton School of Music and this is her last hurrah before heading off to Cali!
Inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell & Norah Jones, Jessi creates folk-influenced songs that convey compelling stories of "serendipitous adventures & hopeless romanticism". We've watched Jessi grow and mature as an artist, and applaud her success. She's performed at Rockwell's (Lagond Songwriter Sessions), The Bitter End and Garcia's with The Lagond Allstar Band, among many other prestigious clubs.
Jessi Mason & The Mainlines include Jessi on guitar/lead vocals, Sam Caldwell (keys), Henry Mermer (drums), Jason Robins (bass) and Theo Bisdikian (trumpet). The Lagond Allstar Band features Jessi, Sam Caldwell, Henry Mermer, Josh Bean, Ethan Tardio, Jacob Chabon, Jackie Muniz, Noah Gold, Alex Silverstein & Charlie Lagond.

You’ve entered the Sunken Garden, a placid retreat at the southeast corner of this Italianate campus and the setting for Guitar in the Garden, a serene and intimate listening experience offered each summer at Caramoor.
For more than six decades, the legendary Bucky Pizzarelli has had a stellar career. “The complete jazz musician”, he was a fixture in jazz and the studios since the early ‘50s. The list of big bands and vocalists with whom Bucky has performed and recorded reads like a veritable Who’s Who of Jazz.
