On keyboards is the legendary Jon Cobert, a five-time Grammy-nominated musician who was, most famously, in John Lennon’s band during the 1970’s. On bass is Tony Tino, who has toured and recorded with Gavin DeGraw, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, Clay Aiken, Ronnie Spector, and many others. On drums is Denny McDermott who has toured with David Johansen and recorded with Donald Fagen of Steely Dan. As a guitarist and vocalist, Chris Fox headed successful bands that played hundreds of gigs in the Downtown NYC/Greenwich Village music scene of the ‘80’s and ‘90’s, including opening for nationally-known acts such as David Crosby. After taking time to work and raise a family in Chappaqua, N.Y., he is back to focusing his energies on music.

Kelley Suttenfield is a vocalist in the neo-classic jazz tradition, delivering soulful interpretations of lyrics over a smooth, swinging beat. With a diverse repertoire ranging from Brazilian standards to the Beatles and beyond, Kelley’s music is known for creating an evocative mood that clearly resonates with her audience. Kelley performs regularly in New York City and, on occasion, her former stomping grounds in Virginia, as well as overseas in Copenhagen, Denmark.

She received a mention in Volume IV of the World Who’s Who in Jazz, Cabaret, Music and Entertainment (2007), was a finalist in the NYC Jazzmobile Jazz Vocalist competition (2008), and has a new full-length CD released November 3, 2009.

The Reddan Brothers are a hard hitting blues/rock trio with the miles to back it. The Reddan Brothers grew up backing legends of blues and rock such as Bill Perry, Popa Chubby and Jimmy Vivino. With their newly released CD “Skeleton Key Sessions” those road miles seem to be put to good use. The group has been seen on such high profile gigs as Levon Helm’s Midnight Ramble, Winchester Blues House Festival and the Blues on the Bridge Festival. The youthful energy of the band mixed with seasoned playing makes them a must see trio.

12 Grapes Music & Wine Bar
12 North Division Street
Peekskill, NY   See Map
It's been a year since Daphne graced our stage, but we still remember the impact she had, on us and on our audience. She's all of 23 years old now, and just released her latest CD, "Because I Can", to critical acclaim. The title answers the question: "Why does she move from a saucy soul/funk gumbo to punchy pop/rock to VH1-ready piano balladry, all before the album's halfway mark?" Because she can. They're calling this CD "the defining work of a young artist who matters."

Daphne now lives in Nashville, more committed to her music than ever. Early in her career, Willis was being compared to a young Rickie Lee Jones and a female Jack Johnson. We think other artists will soon be compared to Daphne Willis!

We're honored that 12 Grapes is a stop on Daphne's national tour. If you love original music, great musicianship and outstanding vocals, do not miss this performance.

Americana, Alternative, and Country
Towne Crier Cafe
130 Route 22
Pawling, NY   See Map
You can label the High Irons as alt-country, or country tinged rock, or at-rock, or folk rock. But no one moniker truly fits, and this is the strength of The High Irons. The respect of their musical heroes never becomes parody. The High Irons walk along the shadows of their influences -- Tom Petty, The Replacements, R.E.M, Son Volt, Everly Brothers -- but always try to step out into their own light. "The High Irons romp in melodies and steady rhythms which carve out the traditional country style that is stamped all over this record."-AMERICANA UK
