Jim Paradis has been playing in bands since he picked up his first bass guitar when he was 13. He's no stranger to all types of music and has played in bands of all styles from a progressive rock garage band to a down and dirty touring Rock and Roll band. Even in those early days he was often involved in original music but, in 1993, after a haitus from music, he got reacquainted with his muse by recording a song he had written for his family called "Juniper Knoll". "It was enough of a rush to want to keep on doing it" he says.
Since then Jim has written hundreds of songs, recorded 3 CD's with October Moon, 2 solo Cds, "You Are Here", an inspirational look at life, and, "Almost Home", a journey through several significant life changes and the ups and downs that inevitably accompany those changes. Not interested in waiting that long again between CD's, Jim is currently in the studio working on his next CD, "Not Finished Yet" due for a late Spring 2011 release. |

 WeMustBe members Christine Dominguez and T. Xiques play an assortment of instruments, and continuously switch it up on stage with vocals, piano, acoustic guitar, 5-string bass and cajon drum, creating their Organic Pop sound. Christine Dominguez, from Newburgh, NY, co-authored this year's Grammy nominated hit song "Airplanes" by B.o.B and is collaborating with artists and producers in the Hip Hop/Urban community where her distinct and soulful vocals are in demand. T. Xiques grew up in Putnam Valley, an only child in a musical family. He started gigging as a professional drummer at age 15 and continued to tour across the US, Canada, Europe and Malaysia with artists like Savoy Brown, Dr.Know and Daryl Jenifer (Bad Brains), Colin Hay and Brother, among others. WeMustBe has written and produced two singles, "Pop Tune" & "Waiting", and are collaborating with other independent artists while working on their debut album.

 The New York Times called international recording artist Nenad Bach "a cross between Lou Reed and Elton John." Nenad has performed with Bono, The Edge, Luciano Pavarotti, Rick Danko and Richie Havens, among others. Nenad played at Woodstock in '94 and he recently completed a tour of Australia, Japan and China. Two of his albums reached #1 in Europe, and to date he has sold over 1 million records. His current CD, All I Want is Freedom, is a potent shot of rock infused with heart & soul, packed with provocative lyrics calling back the ethos of the sixties; unafraid to question, determined to seek answers, in a rousing call to action that electrifies, galvanizes, and at the same time mesmerizes.

 With roots in Brooklyn’s unconventional brass band scene, Apocalypse Five and Dime delivers both harmonic, ukulele-laced tunes and wild, foot-stomping numbers backed by sousaphone and marching bass drum.
The seven-piece lineup includes banjo, fiddle, sax, trombone, ukulele, bass drum and tuba, with three members contributing vocals. Songs range widely in feeling and style, drawing on the sounds of Balkan brass bands, old time folk, soul, do-wop, punk, metal, early jazz, and modern dance pop. The band released its first EP, Underwater, in 2010, and will release a full-length debut this spring. |

Charlie Scott was one of the great ones. He died while doing what he loved most... playing his guitar. And he played it like no one else could. This Memorial Blues Jam will benefit Charlie's family. Blues musicians are invited to participate in the Jam, and we ask for your generosity in honoring your fellow musician.
We are offering a five-week PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM (POP) to women who love to sing and who have dreamed of performing. The program involves attendance at five weekly chorus rehearsals on Tuesdays, from May 31st through June 28th; participating in FREE weekly vocal lessons to learn about the art of four-part, a cappella singing; learning patriotic songs with the group; and PERFORMING WITH THE CHORUS AT THE GREAT AMERICAN WEEKEND IN GOSHEN, NY, ON JULY 2ND! Rehearsals are currently being held at the Moulton Memorial Baptist Church Social Hall, Old Little Britain Road, Newburgh. Guests should plan to arrive at 7:00 p.m. Come sing with us and meet REAL WOMEN singing REAL HARMONY and having REAL FUN! The Reddan Brothers are a hard hitting blues/rock trio with the miles to back it. The Reddan Brothers grew up backing legends of blues and rock such as Bill Perry, Popa Chubby and Jimmy Vivino. With their newly released CD “Skeleton Key Sessions” those road miles seem to be put to good use. The group has been seen on such high profile gigs as Levon Helm’s Midnight Ramble, Winchester Blues House Festival and the Blues on the Bridge Festival. The youthful energy of the band mixed with seasoned playing makes them a must see trio.
