Joshua Morris began performing classical music at an early age with his father, mother, brother and sister, he began performing around the south, and the Morris Family became well known for their beautiful Irish harmonies. Later, Joshua expanded his musical repertoire to include rock and roll, drawing on his classical and Irish background, and with his band Sinclair, released the album Stories of this Land in 2002. Joshua recorded and produced the 2004 Morris Family release Farewell to Summer.
After moving to Beacon, NY in 2008, Joshua has continued his musical ambitions, melding his voice, violin and guitar into a solo act adept in both faithful traditional tunes as well as improvised original work.
Joshua currently designs recording studios and other acoustically-sensitive spaces for Walters-Storyk Design Group in Highland, NY.

 Dine with gifted gospel singer, songwriter, and actress, Lady Peachena. In 1988, her smash hit DANCING IN THE SPIRIT, was produced and nominated for a Grammy. One of the first promoters of Gospel brunches, she produced and hosted Gospel at the Gate, a series of successful Gospel brunches held at the landmark Village Gate in that same year.
Lady P. also wrote the powerful musical 'The Great Divas of Gospel' which solutes the early Queens of gospel music like Clara Ward, Sallie Martin, Marion Williams, Mahalia Jackson, and others. She and her cast have made guest appearances on numerous TV shows and in 1995 she organized a gospel choir that has been performing on CBS's Late Show with David Letterman for the last 13 years.
Lady P. has a love of Reggae Gospel and has recently released a new CD, DIVINE RESTORATION, her best Urban Contemporary album yet, with a song entitled, NOT ANOTHER CHILD, urging youth to stop the violence.

 Expect sparks to fly when West Kerry accordionist & singer Seamus Begley joins forces with Sligo fiddler Oisin Mac Diarmada. This duet of button accordion and fiddle might be a new collaboration, but both Seamus & Oisin have a distinguished past within Irish traditional music. Begley is the quintessential Irish musician, an eager storyteller known for his sharp wit and famous for pumping out tune after tune at all night sessions with an energy that is sometimes alarming. Displaying a frisky spontaneity in his accordion-playing, he has toured extensively with performers such as Altan, Steve Cooney and Mary Black. Fiddler Oisin Mac Diarmada, founder of noted group Teada, has been described by The Irish Echo's Earle Hitchner as "one of the most gifted and creative traditional fiddlers playing today." He has appeared as guest soloist with the Southern Georgia Symphony Orchestra in the US and accompanied Irish President Mary McAleese on a State visit to Romania.

 Steve Chizmadia is a singer/songwriter who has received considerable acclaim over the years. Most recently, Steve attended the 2010 Kerrville Folk Festival where his song, "Wall Street Fat Cat Tax Payer Bailout Blues", was one of eleven finalists in the Music2Life songwriting contest. Steve came home with the Grand Prize and got to perform on the main stage during the prestigious festival. It was his second time in Kerrville, the last as a 2003 finalist. Steve also showcased at the Northeast Regional Folk Alliance in NY, and his CD, "It Is What It Is", was #12 on the folk D.J. charts in 2007. "This Old Town" (one of our favorites), received honorable mention from the Woody Guthrie Folk Festival in '05.
Join us for dinner or on the couches for a glass of wine... and a front-row seat to one of the Hudson Valley's finest acoustic artists.

I love music and I have been playing for a long time, since I was 15 years old. I am a self taught musician. I have been writing and performing my original music from the beginning of my career. I find myself these days especially, focusing on the lyrical content of my songs. I have been influenced by such artists as Joni Mitchell, Patty Griffin, Simon and Garfunkel, Donovan, David Gray, and Glen Phillips of Toad the Wet Sproket. I have always felt a connection to the folk scene and have created my songs to blend in with this genre of music.

 The Star Island All-Stars began as an informal pickup band composed of a group of friends on retreat at beautiful Star Island, located off the coast of New Hampshire. The band includes singer-songwriters Adrian Sicam and Kemp Harris, accompanied by guitarist Carl Sturken, and members of the First Unitarian Rock & Soul Revue. Kemp Harris combines American roots, gospel, soul, and African folk. His live shows vary from solo performances to full-band shows. His new CD, “Edenton,” features The Holmes Brothers on backing vocals and was released in March 2007. Adrian Sicam, whose diverse influences range from the Beatles to Mel Torme and Al Jarreau, composes original song in jazz and rock. He released his highly acclaimed CD “Hey Stranger” in 2001. Carl Sturken is half of the Grammy Award winning writing/producing team of Sturken & Evans.

 Kim Clarke will bring down the house as she is joined by Lakecia Benjamin (sax), Diana Herold (vibes), and Luciana Padmore (drums).
Touted internationally as "a dynamic Woman in Jazz", Clarke has performed with Defunkt, Joe Henderson, and Yusef Lateef; recorded with Queen Latifah, Nona Hendryx, and others; and is included in the Who's Who In the Performing Arts, Bass Player Magazine, Guitar Player Magazine, and several books on Women in Jazz.
Saxophonist Lakecia Benjamin, a high-powered performer, has played with Clark Terry, Rashid Ali, Joanne Brackeen, Vanessa Rubin, the Duke Ellington Orchestra, Kool and the Gang, Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, and others.
Diana has performed with Yo Yo Ma, Anthony Davis, the Long Island Philharmonic and Brooklyn Philharmonic orchestras, among others.
Luciana is on Radam Schwartz's CD, "Songs for the Soul", Primordial Jazz Funket's album "We are Here", and is drummer for Stratospheerius, a string fusion jazz group.

The band will be performing covers as well as originals written by JP.
