 Come and learn about animal tracking, an adventure for the entire family. Under the skillful guidance of experienced tracker and ECC board member, Greg Perantoni, you will explore the preserve for animal tracks and learn what clues to look for when attempting to identify the tracks. Size and shape of paw print, number of front and hind toes, and type of gait are some of the clues you learn to examine in the interesting process of identifying the animal who made the tracks.
Meet 1:30 p.m. at the Shady Lane entrance to the preserve. There is limited parking at the preserve entrance. For those who wish to car pool to the entrance, parking is available at the Village of Saugerties beach on US Rte. 9W (at the bottom of Partition Street), just north of the Esopus Creek bridge in the Village of Saugerties.
This ECC Environmental Education walk is free and open to the public. Pre-registration is not required.

When the Kingston Muddy Cup closed, the Java Jam went with it... I decided to pursue creating an electric jam/open mic/band showcase in the format of the Java Jam. It is a great place to come explore the talents hiding in the hills of the Hudson Valley, so bring your guitar, bass, sticks or percussion, or any instrument you can play, and come hang out at the Saugerties Muddy Cup the 2nd Monday of each month.
