As twilight sets over the Hudson Valley this Saturday at 7pm, Roe Jan invites you to an intimate evening of profound acoustic exploration with the newly evolved Andalucía Project. Moving far beyond traditional boundaries, this performance delivers a spellbinding, sophisticated sonic landscape where the fiery, rhythmic pulse of traditional Flamenco seamlessly intertwines with the smooth, improvisational freedom of modern Jazz.
Led by guitarist and producer Aaron J. Morales, the ensemble returns in an expansive five-piece format designed to captivate the senses. The room will come alive with the sweeping, emotive lines of violinist Alejandra Maciel, anchored by the deep, resonant bass of Moises Herrera. Driving the hypnotic, cross cultural heartbeat of the show is a dual percussion powerhouse featuring Miles Vidor and Knunga.
