I love the Rosendale Cafe; they present world-class musicians and it's one of the few places I can go where I can order most anything they have on their menu! What this is. Lifted from their site: "The Rosendale Cafe has been bringing notable performances to the area for 16 years. This more humble opportunity for local performances started with a very successful run of the Community Music Night, and the series has run on and off since fall 2007. "The showcase has been a performance opportunity for both newly-established artists, and those that were outside the musical style of the Cafe's usual weekend bookings." photo credit: © 2009 Ross Pilot Marji's Website | ||

My dear friend and mentor Abigail Thomas will be hosting the event on Saturday the 13th of February at the Kleinert James Art Center from 1:15 - 2:15 in the afternoon. This year, at the Woodstock Writers' Festival, our group has been invited to read as part of the weekend calendar. We'll each have 3 -4 minutes to read a short piece. Please come! It's a great group. So much fun and I think you'll find it to be very inspiring. We're at the Kleinert James Gallery at 2:15 for 30 minutes immediately following my hour-long reading/performance hosted by Abby.
