She’s back! Best-selling, award-winning children’s musician Laurie Berkner has been a longtime fixture on TV’s Nick Jr. and Sprout channels, and her original songs, albums (twelve so far), DVDs, music videos, and books leave no doubt: Laurie Berkner is the uncrowned queen of children’s music and the power behind the progressive “kindie rock” movement. What sets her apart? Her music speaks to kids without talking down to them, charming youngsters without boring grown-ups. Laurie finds inspiration in her audience. “I want to create songs that matter for children,” she says. “I was singing once and saw a four-year-old girl shut her eyes and start swaying to the music. I thought, ‘That’s the reason I got into music.’ It keeps me wanting to do more.” Laurie’s “Greatest Hits” solo show features popular hits like “Bumblebee (Buzz Buzz),” “Victor Vito,” “We Are The Dinosaurs,” and “Rocketship Run,” plus- as a special treat for fans- a few well-loved Laurie Berkner songs that are not often hear

Royal Khaoz’s music is reminiscent of reggae's old school sounds with a modern interpretation. The band stands as a unit whose sole purpose is to bring an energetic vibe through music. They have evolved together, and believe now, they are what and whom they started out to be. With all members native to Jamaica, Royal Khaoz presents their music in the form of Reggae Fusion. With frontman Bama as the lead vocalist, solid drum and bass and a steady rhythm section, the band possesses the ability to represent reggae in its truest form, applying their own twist to traditional forms.

Royal Khaoz released their debut album, “Life: The Journey”, in 2012.

Marlboro, NY   See Map
Music Director, Scott Petito assembles an AllStar line-up to interpret the iconic work of Traffic, with renditions of familiar songs and deep catalog cuts!

The original Traffic had two phases. The first , a winsomely psychedelic pop band that blended blues, folk, rock, and R&B, fronted by Steve Winwood - best-known for his lead vocals with the Spencer Davis Group - and Dave Mason. After Mason, the band became Winwood's vehicle for longer, moodier excursions that leaning into to jazz and soul. Traffic was exceedingly popular in both incarnations.

In 1970, while Winwood was recording his first solo album, "Mad Shadows", Capaldi and Wood sat in on some sessions. That LP became Traffic's fifth and most commercially successful album, "John Barleycorn Must Die", a gold album and a staple of "progressive" FM radio. This was followed by another gold album, "The Low Spark of High-Heeled Boys" in 1971.

They faithfully recreate the sonic experience of this legendary performer who worked with legendary orchestras and arrangers. Your ears won’t believe what you’re hearing!

Steve Kazlauskas is recognized as one of the foremost authorities on Sinatra and his music. He was inspired to become a singer by corresponding directly with Ol’ Blue Eyes through the mail. Steve has made it his personal mission to keep the music of Sinatra alive while perfecting his interpretation of that famous style. He has performed throughout the country; from east to west, and north to south. He captures the sound, feel and expression of Sinatra with amazing accuracy while bringing his own unique interpretation to the music. Steve is a true tribute artist and makes no attempt to be a look and sound alike clone.

Vito Petroccitto is magic. And we’re not just talking about the way he deftly casts alternating spells on his audiences, moving them either to awe, tears, full-out belly laughs, or all three at once. Armed only with his gritty, dirty, swampy telecaster guitar, his crazy-good vocal chords, and more than a touch of genius, Vito has somehow figured out how to do the work of ten men. If he’s not performing all over the Hudson Valley with “Four Guys in Disguise” (the band he co-founded in 1989, voted “Best of the Hudson Valley” for years running), he’s out gigging with his newest brainchild, “Left by the Wayside:” a swampy blues and funk band. Think Little Feat meets John Fogerty meets the Grateful Dead.

They constructed a spectacular outdoor beer garden & stage that is the envy of those who promote live music. No cover, great location and of course, your favorite Mike's dishing out the songs you love arranged like you love them so you can enjoy them with the people you love. The beer meisters here are true artists and partaking in the liquid gold they produce adds to the vibe of the room. Let's show them what a Stereo Mike's show can do. Key of Q, the Hudson Valley’s LGBTQ and Allied a Cappella Chorus presents songs from the Prom you wished you'd had! Prom attire encouraged!

Was your high school prom all you had hoped and dreamed it would be? Key of Q has chosen a selection of songs that describe the prom many people experienced: awkward, uncomfortable, and for some, perhaps even deeply painful, and prom we wish we'd had: the positive, fun, self-affirming, inclusive prom that ALL kids deserve to have!

Key of Q is a group of LGBTQ and allied singers who travel from all corners of the Hudson Valley to blend their voices and perform beautiful a cappella music together. Formed at the beginning of 2016, they focus on mostly-modern secular music in four-part harmony. Common themes within their music include equality, love and celebration of unique identity."
