Three unique musicians bring the listener to a place where love rules and light overtakes darkness.

Ava Anduze is a fun-loving, bass player/ songwriter that embraces her individuality with a “normal is boring” mentality. Not one to take herself seriously, Ava will charm the listener into submission.

Sam Levin is a songwriting multi-instrumentalist that shares tales about life. With his tell it like it is style, Sam grips the listeners attention and does not let go.

Corinna rounds the group off with her passion and activism through song. She sings about the topics that people are too afraid to speak about. An avid singer/pianist, Corinna embraces her inner lover and takes it for a drive with the top down.

Lagond Music School in Elmsford is dedicated to contemporary music education and live music performance, serving a diverse community of students throughout Westchester County and the surrounding area.

"It's all about the song. It has to be. If it isn't, then as far as I'm concerned, you're missing the point." - Pat O'Shea

His resume is equally impressive and includes six years playing guitar for the legendary Levon Helm, countless shows backing Blues greats James Cotton and Hubert Sumlin, as well as collaborations with Jimmy Vivino (Conan O’Brien, The Fab Faux), David Johansen (The New York Dolls) and Larry Campbell (Bob Dylan) among others.

O’Shea’s songs are pure American music, influenced equally by heartland Country, down-home Blues and straight ahead Rock n Roll. His thoughtful lyrics, inspirational melodies and powerful arrangements will rock you hard, let you down easy and take you everywhere in between.

Marlboro, NY   See Map
"With his huge, blast-furnace sound, larger-than-life personality, and massive frame, Grammy Award-winning harmonica master James “Superharp” Cotton was a blues giant in every respect. "

James Cotton 1935-2017

Many of Mr. Cotton’s lasting early contributions came during his first tenure with Muddy Waters, in Chicago, where from 1954 to 1966 he played in a band that included the guitarist Jimmy Rogers and the pianist Otis Spann.

Dealin' with the Devil: https://youtu.be/PCwtdvwVzho

Slam Allen perfected his already refined entertainer persona in James Cotton's Blues Band, with which he toured for nine years, first as rhythm guitarist, then as lead guitarist and eventually bandleader. Slam has an uncanny ability to hook an audience, a good-time vibe, ever smiling, upbeat and energetic.

A seasoned and internationally recognized touring veteran, Slam Allen is more than a singer, songwriter, and guitar player.

“The duo sound born to mesh their voices. His, a handsome, sandpapery timbre, and hers, angelic, with a lovely wilt.” - Bill Copeland Music News

Crowes Pasture is the acoustic duo of Monique Byrne and Andy Rogovin. The duo brings leather and lace harmonies to classic and contemporary folk music in a style that draws from old-time, folk and bluegrass traditions. Performing on guitar and banjo, they draw inspiration from both traditional folk storytellers like Woody Guthrie and Bob Dylan and icons of vocal harmony like the Carter Family and Simon & Garfunkel.

The duo released their second album, Edge of America, in October of 2017. The album quickly reached #7 on the National Folk DJ Charts and landed itself a spot on the Folk DJ Top Albums of 2017 list. The title song, Edge of America, offering an "immigrant's eye view of the American dream and the reality," reached #3 on the Folk DJ Top Songs Charts October 2017.
