Pat became an incurable acoustic guitar addict in college, after hearing fellow students play the likes of Mississippi John Hurt, Leo Kottke, John Fahey, Rev. Gary Davis and others. Since the release of his 2004 critically acclaimed CD When I Fall In Love, Christ Botti has become the largest-selling American instrumental artist. His success has crossed over to audiences usually reserved for pop music and his ongoing association with PBS has led to four #1 jazz albums, as well as multiple Gold, Platinum and Grammy Awards. Most recently, his latest album Impressions won the Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album at the 2013 55th Grammy Awards. Performing worldwide and selling more than four million albums, he has found a form of creative expression that begins in jazz and expands beyond the limits of any single genre. Impressions, Botti’s 2012 Columdia Records and Grammy winning release, is the latest in a stellar parade of albums- including When I Fall(2004), To Love Agaub:The Duets(2005), Italia(2007), and the CD-DVD Chris Bottie in Boston(2009)- that has firmly established him as a clarion voice in the American contemporary music scene.

"California-based troubadour Tom Freund sings of skate-boarding kids, impending doom and Happy Days lunch boxes....” - NPR WEEKEND EDITION

"Tom Freund is indeed one of the great singer-songwriters. He constructs a unique world, defines it, and then burns it to the ground. Truly unique and absolutely brilliant." –All Music Guide

It’s the effortless ease with which he delivers conversational lyrics and mellifluous melodies a natural magic that is the heart of Tom Freund’s music. Though he’s well-schooled and widely-traveled in a variety of genres, Freund is ultimately, a singer-songwriter with his own singularly distinctive and engaging voice.

Tom has alternated between recording and touring behind his own discs, playing upright bass, electric bass guitar, and mandolin with British pub-rock great Graham Parker and rising groove-soul sensation Brett Dennen.

Featuring: Kevin Bents/Keys (Steely Dan, Jewel) and Konrad Meissner/Drums (The Silos, Matt Nathanson)

“If a duo ever sounded bigger than its parts, The Tall Pines sound with undeniable choruses and songs full of intriguing narratives, reflect the 60’s wizardry of The Zombies and the modern biting edge of The Kills. Soul, country, swamp, heartache and neo-blues are just some of the sounds coming off their voices and instruments.” - Glide Magazine

"Connie Petruk looks like she stepped out of late ’60s/early ’70s Nashville and sings like the lost sister of Bobbie Gentry or Dusty Springfield. Her honeyed alto will melt the frost off your windshield. The Tall Pines are equal parts soul and twang, molasses and moonshine, sass and skill. The songs, all written by Christmas Davis, evoke the heyday of the country-soul hybrid without ever sounding unoriginal, a difficult feat.” - Meredith Ochs: NPR

The Tall Pines are on a mission to remind a world increasingly made of concrete, glass and steel that some music still burns like raw timber.

"One of the finest guitar players in the Hudson Valley, hands down." - Radio host Big Joe Fitz, 100.1 Bluesbreak

Petey Hop will have us Rockin' & Rollin', Hoppin' & Boppin' all night long! Pete's music runs the gamut from straight up Rock & Roll to Americana, Electric and Acoustic Blues to Singer/songwriter, and Alternative music. The band is Petey Hop on guitar/vocals, Larry "Buzz" Fallstrom on keys and Nick Longo on drums.

Pete's CD, "The Levee", reached #1 on the Roots Report for radio airplay. It was produced by Grammy-nominated Blues guitarist Duke Robillard, who's worked with many music industry legends. Duke wrote, "To those who don't know [Petey] yet, you will soon!"

Petey's originals are powerfully written, musically intriguing and downright fun to listen to. Songs like "Little Johnny", "Westside" and the title track, "The Levee" have been met with high praise. So excited for Petey's return to 12 Grapes!

Hailed as “gospel titans” by Rolling Stones, the Blind Boys first rose to fame in the segregated south with their thrilling vocal harmonies and roof-raising live show. They released their debut single, “I Can See Everybody’s Mother But Mine,” in 1984, launching a 70-year recording career that would see them rack up five Grammy awards (plus one for Lifetime Achievement), enter the Gospel Music Hall of Fame, collaborate with everyone from Mavis Staples and Stevie Wonder to Prince and Lou Reed, and perform on the world’s most prestigious stages. It would be difficult to overstate the Blind Boys’ influence on their contemporaries and the generations that came after. The New York Times said that they “came to epitomize what is known as jubilee singing, a livelier breed of gospel music,” adding that “they made it zestier still by adding jazz and blues idioms and turning up the volume, creating a sound…like the rock ‘n’ roll that grew out of it.” TIME magazine raved that “they’re always hunti

"Having visited the Falcon and loving the feeling of community that fills the air, I am honored and happy to perform there with my band. The Falcon reminds me of my favorite places in the 50s when I played in Greenwich Village with the bands of Charles Mingus, Dizzy Gillespie and Oscar Pettiford; when Jack Kerouac and I gave the first-ever jazz-poetry readings in NYC; when I played with Ramblin’ Jack Elliot, Odetta and Pete Seeger in the 60s, and was composing for the Lincoln Center Theater’s production of Arthur Miller’s "After the Fall" and Joe Papp’s NY Shakespeare Festival, as well as creating film scores for "Splendor in the Grass" and "The Manchurian Candidate". I played with the great singer-songwriters of the time, with Middle Eastern and Native American musicians, and in the 70s, with the great Latin-jazz events." - David Amram

Ashley and Eric L’Esperance first felt the electricity of their undeniable chemistry at an impromptu song swap. A year and a half later they were married and released their debut album “Where We’ve Been & Where We’re Going.” Jessica Phaneuf, WUMB, says “I listen to A LOT of music, and this [album] would be at the top of the pile.” The Promise is Hope has earned their place among New England’s finest emerging indie-folk duos. Their live performances are often described as beautifully moving, inspired, and connected. With deep reverence for songwriting, the duo’s music explores the mysteries of love, spirituality, and the joys and struggles of life’s journey. They were invited to perform at the 2017 Connecticut Folk Festival, and have shared the stage with national folk artists such as Amy Speace and Gaelynn Lea. They have captured the hearts of listeners in hundreds of crowds, and are currently writing material for a sophomore album set for release in early 2018.
